I am receiving an email alert from service@console.bluexp.netapp.com: Your Connector "xyz" isn't running. This affects BlueXP services, including the availability of Cloud Volumes ONTAP.
But, the connector called "xyz" and BluxXP are working fine. the last reboot time of the connector instance was 2021. So, it apparently running alright.
Do I need to reboot the connector?
How could I find out the root cause of the alert?
If somebody here can please advise.
