On-Prem Cloud Connector install, ignore SSL Cert issues option?

So trying to get Cloud Connector going on a Linux VM in our data center. We have some security software that basically replaces SSL certificates. Was wondering with the install script if there was a way to tell it to ignore SSL Certificate issues?
