If the state of the S3 cannot be obtained by ACC and the credentials have not yet been used, then it seems to me that the network connection from ACC to the S3 bucket is not able to be made.

hi Scott, as there are not many utilities available on the bucketservice-* pod terminal.. I "curl https://<S3 server name>" from the node it was Running on and managed to get a response. Is there anything else we can try?
