Agree with Drew here, zero context to this message. On-premise solutions are critical to our hybrid cloud journey. We have customers onprem, some cloud only, some somewhere inbetween so our services and solutions are focused on covering all those scenarios.

If you have a look at IDC or other analyst storage spend for on prem vs cloud, anyone looking at storage vendors who don’t love cloud will be the ones looking for new storage vendors in a couple of years. On prem spend is going down in real terms, not just aspirational graphs. NetApp’s data fabric vision is a comprehensive one to ensure we remain relevant to customers in the long term, including on prem. Cloud isn’t going to work for everyone, and we sell on prem that can be flexible about either isolation or cloud connectivity
