may i ask whether you have cert manager in your cluster running and how you have configured your deployment of astra? it seems that you are running into issues regarding the certificate for mongodb, i have experienced that mostly if people want to use an existing cert manager but haven't configured everything thats needed

They provided the config here, was no external cert manager specified for astra, so good call to check #┊・astra🔒 message
