Is there a specific role that comes with workload collection ?

should be the list here (which you probably already have enabled) https://github.com/NetApp/harvest/blob/main/docs/AuthAndPermissions.md#least-privilege-approach - let me check one of our clusters

confirmed, there is a missing permission. tracking them down and update shortly
