Select in Modal not Opening

I've got a form in a modal and am rendering the Select component. If I tab over to it and use the arrow keys, it opens and works properly, but I cannot click on it to open or select options. I saw somewhere online about setting portal options, but not sure if it's outdated as it didn't work for me. NativeSelect works, but Select does not.

If you use Firefox, there is an issue with the latest patch, you can downgrade to the previous patch tp resolve the issue
