Take every fight you can in ranked. You could also do 1vs1s or play turtle wars. Furthermore YouTube has some great videos about fighting

When fighting someone clearly better than you dont box up. Thier aggressive side will be alot better then thier normal 1v1s just play for height with safe retakes and look for any excuse to nitro out
