Get a Ryzen 7 7800X3D its the best gaming processor

Yeah the difference is pretty big, like 20-30% difference but fortnite is heavily cpu based game, so the 7800x3d will be almost the same with 4070 and 3070

#

So if you have that 500-600 dollars to spend and you play other games than fortnite yeah, go for it. But if your budjet isnt that big, just stay with 3070.

Also the 3070 will do very good in games for a long time. I would say just stick with the 3070.
