#Making Tier 4 Weapons

the tier of a item is tied to the tier of its blueprint, and upgrading an item do not change its tier either
I see, so I need to buy Tier 4 blueprints then. Is upgrading even necessary? Thanks
upgrades add 10%-20%-30% of the stats of the item except crit and movespeed
That's very helpful. Thanks a lot!
On that upgrade question - infusion and charm seem like no-brainers. Is there any reason to add magic to an item unless you plan to use the magic? I believe I saw it also increase the item level, so I guess yes?
And if so, does the type of magic matter? And do all slots need to be filled?
Also, I’m now wondering if I missed it and there is an upgrade outside of infusions and charms. Maybe I’ve been skipping an entire mechanic so far?
for a non-magick focused build, beside some spell that boost melee/ranged damage ( like ring of power) or crit (like assassin's sight), magick also affect the debuff of ice and lightning ammo, and the dot of poison and fire ammo
you can upgrade an item with the upgrade bench that you can bought at the watch
Ooh! I am not to the watch yet. Thank you!
its not always as obvious in game, so I'll state it here, might be useful to someone Prior to upgrade bench you can focus on using complex mats for better materials boost. Examples are Reinforced Leather, Durable Cloth, Gilded Lumber, etc. Stacking these can get you huge boosts over base gear. It will let you slot durable or reinforced for any similar cloth or leather slot. Overall this lets you stack 2 or 3 bonuses per material slot. (makes a +8 jump to +16 or +24, scales damage as you stack items and food buffs.) Hope this helps. I can elaborate further if needed.
