Where do the higher level infusion recipes come from? the highest I have right now are T3.

If you got to the watch, you can easily handle the first 5--0 boss rush waves. The materials and t4 infusions earned are a necessary step to finalizing your end game gear

boss rush starts at level 50 and increments by 5 realm power levels per wave

And if you hop into the boss rush portal in the watch others will join you in that realm. No need to form a group before hopping in.
