I understand that Rested bonus has constant duration, but its "strength" depends on base Comfort level
What i do not understand, is what gives you comfort.
Is it only bed? Is it any furniture? Where/how can i find out what exactly improves comfort and by what amount?

Sleeping in a bed provides you a comfort bonus. Higher tier beds provide more comfort. Having a source of warmth increases it by 1 (anything that you need to fuel to ignite will provide warmth. Additionally there is the well lit bonus for another plus 1, but this buff is broken right now and I think is only accessible with the Artisan minor card at the moment.

The Well Lit bonus isn't broken - it was removed intentionally.

It is replaced by the innate bonus on the artisan minor card.

#

removing the well lit bonus in this way is part of what allowed them to massively increase build rates the second time - lights now take two realm points each instead of 50.

Oh, I've not seen that stated anywhere else. Is that from a dev bites I missed or something?

It was a reply to an aha post. I'll see if I can dig it up.

So, in the end - just better bed and fire, all thise lamps and furniture provide no practical benefit?

for comfort, fire from either a fireplace, boiler, smelter, or cooking station and the bed itself are all that matter.

oh, and shelter. make sure there's a roof over the bed.
