Antoher missing UI clue: It says I need finish a building. There is a building that looks unfinished, but I'm not clear on what needs to be added - there's already a roof over most of it, the part that is unroofed looks like a balcony anyway. Some of the walls are unfinished but have no room for a tile. Advice?
