I just tried to make a Mystic Axepick with all tier three materials and then used the same enchants, charm and spells as my old Dauntless Axepick and somehow got a worse gear score... what the hell?

I had this happen too - came down to 1. Augmentations and 2. materials used. Working on fixing it myself now or I'd be more help :/

Is there a list of mats that give higher gear score within the same tier?

I even built them on the same excellent crafting table with the same augments
