I'm not a developer, but there are restrictions to the rewards:
- You must be playing an "Online" profile. They can not be redeemed in offline because it doesn't form a connection to verify the account. You can however, move these Online profiles to Offline after redeeming the reward.
- Twitch drops expire on Twitch. This is a Twitch side expiration date that no dev can control.
Are you effected by either of these restrictions?
Note to add:
The Twitch drops do come back around, as they just had a second run through a couple weeks ago. You might have to wait until the next run if they expired previously.

Sadly no, the transfer is one way from Online to Offline only.
It's a safety feature since people mess around with their files in offline mode.
However, since you're only just past the tutorial, it would not take you long to catch up to where your offline profile is. ❤️
