#Realm Card decreasing health in Sylvan's Cradle

I went into Sylvan's Cradle for the first time, and it says there's a realm card that is decreasing my health regen. Is that from Sylvan's Cradle or do I need to put something into the Realmic Transmuter?

Yes, the card in Sylvan's Cradle is bad, but you cannot change it until you complete the Site of Power.
