I am attempting my first "Glorious Secrecy." I have found the hidden red glyphs and turned them blue. At the high gem I am given the option to activate the mechanism. Sound, red glows, blue glows, and nothing I can find does anything. There is a bar door close up where I am, but it is still closed. Any thoughts or hints?

if you go to where the statue is, press Z on your keyboard and you will get a selection of emotes. Click on 'Salute' and voila!

OK, I got that "Secrecy." I am now on to the one around a pool of water. I have been up to the large crystal and cleared the rocks. I have wandered around the 3 statues, nothing. I found the one in the small pillar in the pool, and one other up high, but I have been, what seems to be all around and nothing more. Thoughts, advice?

If I remember right (and if they spawn in the same spots every time), one of them is at the very top rock on a pillar statue, two are on the backs of the statues looking at the font, one is on the left wall along the side (there should be floating rocks leading to this one) and one inside the building?
Assuming it's the one I'm thinking

Thank you, but I THINK that is the first one I did. This has a lot of floating pillars, and at the top is a fall of water.

Yes, the first icon I found was on a small piller at the bottom in a shallow pool.

One last question, if I may. Are their any additional hidden rewards given when solved other than those within that small room?
The first "Secret" seemed to have additional ones, unless I am mistaken.

Pick up every vase, break anything breakable and loot chests.
That's about it, each of these unlock the ability to gain access to the 2 sites of power though! And those will have goodies haha
