I must be missing some sort of requirement on this (top of the picture).
I have the recipe but it's not visible on the sewing table.
The other top recipes that I bought (Sentinel & Scholar) are visible tho.
Any ideas what is the missing requirement?

These pants are gained and craftable after buying everything from the watch vendors recipe wise.
It's like some hidden side quest thing

So, IF you had earned it, it would still show up in your crafting menu.
The fact you're saying it's not there, is kinda weird, cause it says you own it.
However, I will note, even though it's craftable after that, it's technically bugged, as it list's no bench.
There's a couple items with this bug. So eventually, once you own it for sure, it will be craftable, but right now, not so much. (depending on if you have the bug or not, some do some don't)

I bought all recipes from the specific vendor but no luck
another guy has it and crafted it 😦

I sadly am not rich enough to buy all the recipes at the watch LOL, but that was what got it to trigger for some people in the last update
Let me check the discord to see what the person listed who has it, and double check the bug report area if there were any updates to the bugs ❤️

But you're saying you did all that, Hmm....
Maybe try searching "hunter" instead, without the S in your crafting menu (not the sewing bench)

Like, all 3 sewing benches, the loom, and all their corosponding recipes?

Just to further clarify, you're trying to craft it on the T3 version, the Excellent Sewing Bench? The purchase tab at the Watch specifies that's what it requires.

I am in agreement with Apothete, these aren't unlocked by purchasing all the other recipes.
