I am very new and working through the story. I have built tables within a prebuilt structure but I want to use them in a somewhat distant place within the realm to make a home. Is there a way to quicked my traveling from one place to another within one realm?

When you get far enough to unlock Loadstars (Zephyr points) those are how you'd fast travel

Can I go to a loadstar from my Cairn?

Lotus' are found a lot in bunker map markers and "vault" markers.

Loadstars are connection to each other only, so you'd have to place 2 and go between them.
However, every realm has a loadstar by default, do you only would need to place one

Where is the default in the Cradle?

You could use Escape > options > help I'm stuck > Closest respawn (outside of your estate realm though) and it'd take you to that default loadstar.
In your estate realm that trick would take you to your cairn, so possibly another way around.

One last question. Can you travel that way W"HILE carrying something? "Moving" a table.

Sadly no, but if you open the build manipulation with X and break things down with C you net back 100% of the materials

so you could break it down, get the mats back, travel and rebuild it immediately
