Base Building Elements gone AWOL

Any solution to base building elements disappearing after returning to respite from The Watch?

I've attempted to try to hit a few things with a hammer (as described in other threads, but alas, where my foundation should be, I hit air/water, and hitting the remaining furniture/augmentations, etc repair the items, but no base building elements appear.

Side note: Have restarted game, traveled to watch, returned, verified integrity of game files, restarted pc, alas, no luck. Will wait for an update/hotfix.
