So I've been farming for these for several days now. I must have killed hundreds of the Bound Bombardiers, yet not a single ingot has dropped. Is this a known issue, or do they just have an insanely low drop chance?

The drop chance is pretty low. There's some minor cards that can help with farming these, although I can't think of it off the top of my head. (someone else can post it here hopefully) 😉

Ah yes, I forgot to mention that. I'm also using the Blood Moon Eminent card.

Yeah, I think my whole playthrough I've only gotten enough of those ingots to use them with two firearms. I got lucky with a Bombardier Action drop, which was one of them.

I got Bombardier Ingots by using the Trickster card that swaps resources. Then run around at night killing the spawns. I used it in a 30 Realm.

Bloodmoon and Maleficium. One increases drop quantity, the other increases chance of rare drops. I don't remember which is which.
