What does 'Ascended Antiquarian' or "Ascended Hunt" realms mean?

Are they:
"Forest+Antiquarian Acended + Extreme"
OR
"Forest+Hunt+Extreme"?

I'm trying to follow https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WmlpFKwQoTJWrBfJGrsgaazHAg4xymDnWRr_n8ReWQ0/edit?pli=1#gid=1358187345 and I have no idea what the Ascended Hunt realm is...

asended realms can only be gotten after you reach the Watch. you will get the frist one at the watch and then get the reast by going to the ess trader of the realm you have

which is why they show after the Watch on that sreadsheet:)

Ah! Okay. I went to the watch and I have the ascended realm card but didn't know how hunt or the rest fits in. Thank you!

yeah you got the anti asended card from them, need to go there to get the next realm up asended card:)
