#Abeyance Realm Restored Is Really Old

Timeline of issue:
- Last Friday night I finished a 3rd floor on my estate primary structure.  The structure included 6 portals outside of the house.
- Saturday I built a new structure to move my portals to, and this is when I lost my respite.  The area my estate was on was replaced by a POI after returning to respite.
- I filled out form, which promised a 24h backup restoration.

Now that my realm has been restored, it's at least a week older than it was on Friday night.  My house has 3 portals instead of six.  I'm missing 6 - 7 rain barrels I had made.  Many of my more advanced materials are gone.

Please help, at this point I don't think it's worth playing the game as these persistence issues are just causing me to waste my time redoing what I've done before. I understand that mishaps happen, but to expect to have to redo a few things only to find I am now missing an entire floor and that the restoration was from a backup that was far older than expected is a hit to my decreasing confidence.

They noticed some people's bases went back farther than 24 hours as intended, and are still working on finding the correct files for those worlds

Should I add a screenshot of what it looked like after my modifications, to compare to what the realm became?

That part I'm unsure of. I do remember them saying something went wrong with a few tickets, and they had to do extra looking into those. From the sounds of it, you might fall into that category

But IIRC they did ask for a new submission if you haven't filled it out already, leaving a note for the team might help too. I know I saw a few people who were sent a week back instead of 24 hours.

Might be worth noting though, if your house wasn't in an abeyance as intended, they do need to do more looking into those cases, and they said they'd give another form if you fall into that category

My house was in an Abeynace Forest, had been since the start, and I only had one.

Have never opened a portal to any other Abeyance biome.
