I have had a series of 'disconnect' errors tonight and trying to figure out if I needed to make two of them or if the disconnects made me lose the one I made. I crafted one, went to talk to Danu, got a dialog with her where she wished me well, but I now do not have the item anymore, but the quest does not seem to have advanced.

I am thinking I need to craft another one, but unsure if the quest is just borked.
