go to different realms forest/swamp/desert do antiquarian in all these gear up. Then do Astrolab> Herbarium> Gloom> Hunt and so on. Spyglass you get for quest.

Hit "J" to bring up your journal then click on "Traders." You can literally search for every item that every single realm essence trader sells. The one you are looking for is "Swamp Provisioner" and it is the Refined Workbench. Sells for 15 T1 essence.
Desert Provisioner and Forest Provisioner also sell the recipe.
