Reset Card Combo?

Is there no way to do a full reset on a major/biome combo?
If I reset a portal and then later use the same combo again, it only reopens to a previously explored realm. Which if just resource hunting no big deal...

But I think i inadvertently killed the Bishop for the quest turn in and I've spent hours exploring multiple desert biomes of the different majors I've gone through already and I can't find it 😦

So is there no way to hard reset a realm to force things to reapawn? Or am I missing something?

There is a checkbox when looking at the cards on a portal for resetting a realm

Reset the portal, replace your cards, and there's a difficulty adjuster, a "public realm" checkbox, and a reset checkbox.

It'll be on the bottom left.
