Bound-less Knowledge

I've looked everywhere i can think of and cant find a comprehensive list of the bound, or any list for that matter. not the diffferent types, not where or what level they spawn at, nothing. its like information on the bound is as elusive as Bass Reeves' fugitive.
any help sniffing out this information would be extremely welcome.
