My Starting Realm takes 5 - 8 minutes to load anytime I travel back to it.
But when I travel to any of the realms of my friends, they load almost instantly.
What's going on with this?

Are they in their realms already? If so the realm is loaded. Everytime a realm is not used for like 5 minutes it goes dormant until you wake it up again
