How is the 'weighted average' calculated for the gear sets? I have all my items above 35+ and yet I'm scored to 25 gear item level. It doesn't make sense. My bottoms are at level 80; that itself should make the gear level skew higher, no?

Its bugged, what I've been doing is taking off and then putting back on my clothes and tools. Usually is the knife and the maul that fixes it
