What show your in-game fps counter? I have exactly same video card and around 100-120 fps.

Priority with 2080 should be enough for 60 fps, very poor optimisation. Here is Early Access for you, now wait for optimisation, a month or a year who knows...

Same issues on GeForce now. I set it to 1650x1080 16:10 all settings quality and it’s an unstable 25-30fps. Absolute pish.
Oh, making the settings any lower doesn’t get the FPS any higher either. Can’t get 60fps on any settings!

I've been having basically the same issue.
So I went and started playing around with trying different options in video, and now my game crashes every time I load it up before i can even get into the settings to change them back, with an error message about running out of RAM.
(I have 32 gigs of ram on this machine, and I'm using a 3080 GTX lol, there's absolutely no reason it should be giving me this kind of issues).
I'm currently uninstalling and reinstalling the game in hopes that I can actually get the game to run again without crashing instantly.
