I've unlocked Hunt realms and have the Tier 3 blacksmith, but I haven't been able to find the Tier 3 crafting bench for T3 tools. Where do I find the tools, so I can mine these difficulty 100 rocks in the Hunt Realms? Or am I missing something?

pretty sure my blue pickaxe from the t2 workbench is enough to break 100 difficulty ores

How do you get blue tier? There's no option to upgrade for me.
