I went to do this POI only to find that there is no Extractor, no NPC with "The Company" title is there to talk to, so I can't start the event, the only two NPC's were at 30% health. There is no blueprint to build the extractor either.
I have exited the realm, and returned. No change. I have completely restarted the game, no change. Photos added:

I'm having the same exact problem. In the same realm, also completed a huge structure but no npc was present and no reward appeared once it was done. Realm glitch, maybe?

Possibly? Now there is only one npc with 30% health... I need to move on in the missions so I will probably just move on. I just wanted people to be aware of this glitch
