nevermind, when I created a new realm with antiquarian and forest cards, npc has been teleported with me too 🥳

The only time (yet!) that I've had 1 downed I was killed as well. When I respawned back at my cairn, he was there with me. Maybe if you Respite he'll come back? shrug

I had this exact problem and was so worried he got glitched in there before I could go in. Rebooting the game fixed it right away tho
