I reopen portal, it makes a sound and nothing happens. I tried quitting game for 15 minutes and relogging but same thing.

This was fixed by creating another set of cards, placing them in the portal device, SELECTING RESET REALM IN THE LOWER BOTTOM LEFT, then seeing the reopen option go away. I was then able to open it with the newly placed cards.

Just wanted to say thanks for this fix. My wife and I were stuck on this for a couple of days and couldn't get the portal to open no matter what.
