My UI all looks like shovels. Not sure why

I just had this now.... Exiting to the character select screen did nothing. I exited the game completely and came back and it seems the icons are back to normal again. No idea why it did that.

I also had this one this morning. When I opened inventory & then moused over the icons, they blinked back to the correct icon as each one was moused over.
