#Game is not starting

Hello everyone, I've been following nightingale for a longwhile now and am really excited to finaly play the game (was not part of testing the game sadly) but now that I've bought and downloaded the game I can't start it.
I keep getting this notification when I try to start the game.

This is what I have tried already:
-Reboot PC
-update windows
-update graphics card
-update microsoft visual C++ 2015, reboot PC
-update microsoft visual C++ 2017, reboot PC
-update microsoft visual C++ 2010, reboot PC

  • Verify game files
    -delete and redownload nightingale

So if anyone has a solution or something I could try that would be great.

I've bought it on the Epic game store

PC spec's (laptop, MSI GL6595E)
-intel core I7 9750-H
-RTX 2060

  • 16gb RAM

Following in case you find a fix! I’m trying to launch from steam and I’m not even getting an error message just no response from anything after hitting play

I've found the solution.

Go to this website and scroll down to other tools, then just download and install it. Reboot PC and for me that was it.
