I built a number of crafting stations trying to get all of the components for making the two realm cards for the early quest. I got hung up for some time trying to get the smelter to work - I believe to build component for another station, but I forget the name. I believe I was trying to make glass at that other station. However, I couldn't get a crafting menu to show at the smelter. I had a candle in the area that should have been providing "Well Lit" trait, but couldn't find anyway of meeting the "Blacksmith" trait - if that was the problem. It's very likely that I just missed something and the future tutorial/build will make it obvious what I was missing/doing wrong, but I couldn't figure it out and eventually just Extracted a few of the provided start mats and bought the glass at the trader. Then again, it could be a bug, so I've flagged it just in case.

interacting with the smelter is very unintuitive, the issue is that you need to be hovering over the anvil portion of it to smelt things, otherwise you end up accessing the fuel menu
