Not sure as I can't see a lot of people talking about it.
I really loves the stamina health bar, the set ups, the view port for it, the mechanics, and the regen/depletion for it - I think this is all very intuitively balanced, you game testers did a phenomenol job balancing this.
What I do not like, is I died almost every time my bar depleted, there was very little way to notice that I needed rest or needed to eat (my character is always making some kind of noise - I don't mind... but I can't differentiate the "I'm Hungry" from "I'm Sleepy" and "I'm wet/hurt/hot" I think there must be a better way to flash the screen or a pulse mechanic for the icon (my personal fave) to notify us that our secondary stat/health bar is dimishing past the point of no return (sepcially with building and getting caught up in the amazing building blocks we have been gifted)
