I mean most of these modules arent giving me a walkthrough of the cheatsheets to mastering these code languages asap. I need them so I can start modding games and impressing people.

But it all reads like gobbledegok to me. How can I get better faster without making mistakes? Maybe ill impress all of you as well and earn your validation?

I dunno Im just lost whats the right order for one cursed with impatience.

So here's what Ive done, because the game Im making for uses Lua, SQL and C++ I decided to start with Lua. The tutorial hello world was harder than I want to admit. but there was no tutorial explaining how. I just guessed.

Now Im at the leap year problem. I dont see ANY help. Im sorta afraid someone just giving me the answer will prevent it from being the epiphiny most hero characters have so Im not sure if Im learning right. Any help for me to go from green to gold?

Also should I be ashamed at how much I dont know?

Making mistakes is part of learning.

Maybe ill impress all of you as well and earn your validation?

You don't need to impress us. Learning shouldn't be about impressing people. Learning takes time.

You gotta have a solid grasp on the basics before you can build more complicated stuff.

people like to say "ackshually magic is mystical..." but they're wrong. In most fictional universes there are magic schools - wizards are surrounded with books for a reason. It can be studied and taken advantage of to be practical.

it's only mystical bs if the author says so
