have a problem when using CLI

when i finished downloading https://exercism.org/tracks/cpp/exercises/doctor-data this exercise onto my computer as usual, i open VSCODE and found Mojibake in .cpp, .h files and a line in the files that reads "// ERROR: FILE CORRUPTED. Please supply valid C++ Code.". Anyone have some clues🧐

The exercise is to fix the file. You gotta be a doctor and heal it. That's intentional.
