Added screenshots of all transitions/borders, also added some and modified trivia ; there is no "11th" biome ? Unless the Mushroom Forests are counted separately, in which case the Grassy Plateaus and Safe Shallows also should, the Kelp Forest borders 10 underwater biomes.

Also is there any Subnautica merch? :0
Yes that's random at stuff but I'm curious :p ty!

For mods:
Is this where I put this?

snow knotBOT

Yes, there is another game coming out soon. Subnautica 2 is in development and will be available in Early Access sometime next year.

And yes, there's some merch available to buy online.

Hello.
I'm kind of lost on what should be the right way to edit the depth and temperatures of a Biome.
Right now, I found a new deepest point in the crash zone, which is 560 meters.
However, resources and fauna spawn down to 637 meters on the flat wall of the crater edge, but still considered the "Crash Zone" Biome by the game (F1 tab, LD Biome, player biome and rich presence), and of course no Ghost Leviathans.

There's simply no landmark ; which depth should be considered the max ? The landmark one where you can actually "step" or the true end of the biome when resources & fauna stop spawning ?

This is a constant with EVERY biome that shares a border with the void, stuff spawn much deeper on the edge of the crater so I'm quite in a pickle mentally since I really enjoy having accurate info.

Same for the temperatures ; it's 27°C on the surface (0 meters) during the afternoon (I am not kidding, the temperatures of biomes actually change slightly based on the time of the day, I literally just witnessed and learned about that by measuring the temps with the PRAWN and the Seamoth. It's at its highest at around 0.6 "day/night scalar".), but on land, since the Crash Zone has land, it goes up to 31°C.
So which one should be the actual highest : the water 27°C or the land 31°C ?

Thanks for reading. I'm having a crisis about these little details and hope someone will be able to provide an answer.

snow knotBOT
#

New deepest point located a couple meters near the last one on the same ledge bordering the crater edge. Updated temperatures. Added trivia about the true end of the Crash Zone and temperature on land.

#

I guess I can put the other stuff in the trivia. It would be better in the template, though. Something like "Depth range : * 0 - 560 meters (1 line below) * 637 meters Biome end " and "Temperature range : * 14.9°C - 27.0°C (sea) (1 line below) * 21°C - 31 °C (land) ",

It's just that I don't want to mess with how the templates look and do things "my way" without prior approval of an admin or mod to have two separate ranges.

snow knotBOT
snow knotBOT

It's not that simple, the game keeps track of the player's biome. The water getting deep blue or light blue at the surface can happen even within a biome, it's a warning sign that you're getting near (or inside if it's very pronounced) the void biome.

As I said, the game's biome was still the Crash Zone, not the void. No resources or fauna other than ghosts spawn in the void, and the ghosts leviathans didn't spawn.
You can see for yourself, just warp to ( 1004,7 -620 -1544.3), and you will be very deep with Stalkers, schools of fishes, hoverfishes, shuttlebugs and harvesting nodes on the wall here and there.
You can even use the command "printbiome" to see it.
This is just an example, there are other places in the Crash Zone (and every other biomes bordering the crater edge) that does this. And even with the coordinates I gave, if you were to swim to the surface without altering your X & Y coords, so by simply holding the spacebar, the water still has some of the yellowish tint of the Crash Zone.

It's the "true" end of the biome, where resources stop spawning, it just happens to be less than 10 meters away from the Void on the wall of the crater.

There are actually areas on the crater edge where you can go all the way down below the map (roughly 1000 to 1300 meters) without ever entering the Void biome by hugging the wall. Technically, every biomes except the cave ones extend to 8192 meters below sea level, but that would be pretty dumb to put that value.

I mean there are even other Crash Zones, Crag Fields, Dunes, Grand Reefs everywhere if you go far enough in the void in any X or Z axis direction, the biome's ID cycles and the Ghost will simply stop spawning.
This game has a weird biome ID grid.

snow knotBOT
snow knotBOT
#

The deepest point is located at (-71.4, -620.3, -1835.8) at the very bottom of the same deep fissure, harvesting nodes (especially sandstone outrcrops and rubies) can sometimes spawn in there. Also added the temperature range at the surface of the water (0 meters). Measured with PRAWN and Seamoth, it fluctuates between 20-21 during the night and is at its highest of 27°C during the afternoon.

might be late, but this egg is in the Blood Kelp Zone biome (not the trench). You'll need a lot of inventory space and a purple card (only bring your Seaglide). You can go with any vehicle, but I recommend the Seamoth since it's near the void, and there's a juvenile Gargantuan Leviathan there. It won't attack you if you stay close to the ground. To find the best location, head to the Lost River, to the Gargantuan Leviathan fossil, and you'll see a precursor structure above its ribs. This will give you a location near the site (it's a precursor structure). Once you have the egg, place it in an alien containment structure of at least three stories and wait. After that, take it out, and you can play with it. Enjoy your baby Gargantuan Leviathan!

snow knotBOT
#

@Saqquire That's not entirely accurate. The game has a hidden mechanic to level out the yield. If you save scum to get a specific type of material from a node it will eventually stop dropping that type of material. So you will have to take some of the alternatives for it to start dropping again.
In other words it cannot be luck alone, it could be a mod or perhaps they are breaking wrong nodes like Limestone Outcrop.

I was so close to getting to the primary containment facility in my cyclops which had pretty much all of my stuff inside of it. I got into my prawn suit to get some kyanite, and when I finish mining the deposit, I look back and see my cyclops almost destroyed. I almost managed to save it but of course I parked a little too high and my prawn suit couldn't make it back. I watched my beautiful submarine sink and now I don't know how to get back up. my prawnsuit can't make it and I certainly don't have enough oxygen to get back on my own. (I don't have any images because I play on Nintendo switch) Any advice from you guys?

I noticed that the page for the alpha peeper was deleted bc of it being unobtainable in the current game, but I admit that I'm questioning this decision. We know it existed at some point in the game, so I must ask: Why exactly did the bug warrant the deletion of the page? Is there something I'm missing?

snow knotBOT

Have you tried typing something like "largecopper" though? There's a good chance the devs might have something weird like that as the title.

So did you know 2 things,

1. In the original subnautica when you go into an observatory it's actually it's own biome so keep this in mind when making your void leviathan observatory.

2. In below zero just 1100 meters from the lifepod you'll find a strange out of bounds area called "stalkerdebugarea" and "icewormdebugarea" which will lead you to the void but not just the void the "tundravoid" which has mostly land baren land also fun fact!: the void in below zero has a bottom that goes about 400 meters ahead then drops of signaling the end of all geometry of the map.

Think about it, the cuddlefish has 10,000 health, and there are only 5 eggs in Subnautica. it is also immune to the kharaa virus. Maybe there is a reason the architects were studying them? maybe, they were trying to wipe them out entirely.

There is only one orange tablet you can find in subnautica, making it extremely valuable. Why would the architects hide the cuddlefish egg behind a rare key? the answer is simple. The cuddlefish is able to destroy everything. This lost river cache base is used to study the ancient fossils in the river, along with local fauna. and maybe that unknown leviathan fossil, the one with the holes, Is a full grown cuddlefish leviathan.

The unknown leviathan fossil sports 18 teeth and a segmented body, quite different from the cuddlefish, it seems. but the fossil is millions of years old, the cuddlefish have gone through heavy evolution by then. the cuddlefish does not have many natural predators in the areas where the eggs are found, and so they evolved needing less teeth, and became chunkier. however, they kept some original parts. look at the spikes on the cuddlefish, these may have been used for self defense. and the tentacles, they bear heavy resemblance to the sea dragon leviathan, or even the sea emperor leviathan. the bioluminescence on the cuddlefish could have been used to traverse darker areas of the sea floor, or even attract prey. the cuddlefish is a predator. note how the eyes are on the front of it's head, not on the sides like other fish.

The PDA states, "A small, gray-colored herbivore, the cuddlefish displays high levels of intelligence, curiosity and attachment. Strangely this species has not been encountered in the wild, and the scanned specimen had to be artificially hatched within an alien containment unit." Note the fact that it has to be artificially hatched. the cuddlefish seems to be extremely intelligent, which is a sign of it being potentially fully aware of itself and everything around it.

_**But that's jus…

So, crabsquids CAN walk on land, it's just tough getting them up there. stalkers can be found near the crash zone, the safe shallows, and the creepvine areas. the lie is the diamonds one, I would know because those stupid outcrops keep giving me diamonds 😭 just give me lithium dude I swear.

I am playing on xbox subnautica I've heard all radio messages and all lifepods I've activated the moutain island teleporter I have a fully upgraded seamoth with perimeter defence hull prot depth module mk3 and storage I have a large base and an oculis farm and a bioreactor with solar panels cuz I'm in the safe shallows my greatest achievement was killing a reaper I've been to the lost river three times I have a cyclops with no upgrades and a prawn suit with depth module mk1 and drill arm + grapple arm combo. With a pet cuddlefish I am low on titanium usually go to nbkz for urananite and my save is abt a day and a half aka like 40 hours so. Am I prepared to go to the lava zone?

I was doing awesome and didn't die nearly at all through my whole game...

But I think the first time I died is when I went to go see the right island (if your at the aurora facing away from it, more where your life pod spawns)

And found those dang crabs
They ganged up on me I swear 😭💔

So I killed them ALL and on the other island as well as on the aurora... they are extinct now I regret nothing:)

Than again...
I finished the game a while ago...

How come the minor flora plant pages were removed? Even if they are minor and have no databank entries, I think it would be fair if they get pages too.

Also, there are a few plants that aren't really looked into much, and I thought they should at least have some sort of recognition in them, like in the Purple vents, there are these small purple rhombus-shaped leaves, and colorful weeds that end in cyan, and magenta coral that looks similar to the Brain Coral. The first two plants I mentioned may just look like grass, but blood grass is listed in the flora page, so why not?

Hi! I'm messaging from Fandom's Community Activations team. We work on wiki partnerships and content support, and I wanted to reach out regarding Subnautica 2.

Since the game is coming out this year, we were looking to help out with the release, most likely with a main page redesign around the new game, but also some content development if that's needed at the time.

I wanted to check if the wiki is comfortable with us coming in to help on that. If you or the community have other plans or preferences for how to handle the new game content, that's totally fine too, and we can go from there.

I think most of the other admins are inactive, but if you or anyone else has thoughts on this, please feel free to let me know!

I was up at the Aurora stealing scrap metal from the local reaper population when I found a time capsule. it had one copper, one nickel, two stalker teeth, and a large filtered water. it also had a picture of a cuddlefish by a coral tube saying, "I hope you're enjoying this game as much as I am. Be careful, the Reapers are grumpy..."

I think these could be better. If anyone has better ideas, then you could share them in this post

Deep Lily Pads Flower 03:

The tips of this stalk-like plant are covered in holes through which light passes.

Paddle Fern:

The Paddle Fern is an invasive underwater flowering plant that is found all over the crevices in the biome where lily pads are found. It is known for its remarkable rainbow coloration.

Mace Plant:

This is an unusual underwater flower that is closely related to the Tongue Plant, known for its very large pistil, whose tip glows, with thorns on the side, which is how this plant gets its name.

Tongue Plant:

This plant gets its name from its leaves that resemble wide-open mouths with tongues sticking out. The tongue-like part can take in nutrients that are left over from fish.

Hanging Plant:

The seeds of this vine-like plant cling to the cave ceiling and grow facing down. This plant is capable of producing a flower with bright stamens that stick out.

Cliff Lantern:

These pitcher-like flowers create a bioluminescent fluid that allows them to glow, with excess fluid being emitted from the hole on top.

Frozen River Plant 01:

This is a freshwater plant with a fluid inside that prevents it from freezing. The tips can get hot enough to melt through the ice so that they can sprout out from frozen rivers.

Jordi's Tung

This small species of coral is carnivorous and draws in small organisms into its tube, which leads into its digestive tract. The long tendril that sticks out from these tubes is what lures its prey towards it.

In addition to my other comments and some comments here there is just no reason for land vehicles in the missions we see. in the first game they loaded vehicles that can help with the construction of Phasegates and water vehicles for the secret missions and in Below Zero they could have packed tracked vehicles for the further out sectors of the frozen sections but seem to have preferred air dropping supplies and ghetting around with snowfox, offering better maneuverability

Interestingly, if you put the ion battery in a tool, it will go through the filter even though the bare battery wouldn't.

I have completed the game without ever building the Cyclops, except as a Neptune component fabricator. With jumpjets and grapple arm on the Prawn, it's considerably easier to get all the way through the deep zones to the PCF by walking the Prawn than by driving the Cyclops.

I habitually make a forward base in the Tree Cove, so that took care of upgrading the Prawn with maximized depth and thermal reactor upgrades, as well as charging it prior to getting the thermal reactor. I also found that it's handy to make a few strategically placed brain coral growbeds in the Lost River, so you can bring the Prawn and then go back for the Seamoth without needing an oxygen-generating vehicle for the return trip.

Erm actually they are not infinite atleast that what the wiki page says:
Giant Coral Tubes are a Coral species found in the Safe Shallows, Crash Zone, and Kelp Forest biomes. It provides the player with Coral Tube Samples when hit with a knife. They have 50000 health. If hit enough times, the Giant Coral Tube will be destroyed. However, it is very unlikely to ever destroy one, unless done so deliberately. At 50000 HP it requires 2500 knife strikes (it is unaffected by the heat damage of a Thermoblade). Also when the player gains enough distance from the Coral Tube the lost HP will be forgotten and thus return to the full 50000 upon return.

So I was in the Lost River near the ancient skeleton, and I swam into the hole in its teeth. When I came back out, there was a Reginald. Then I went around to the back of the fossil and got jumpscared by a Crabsquid. No screenshots cuz I play on the Switch. How exactly could these fellow have gotten down here?

Crabsquids can't actually spawn in the Bone Fields, but rather an area close to the Deep Grand Reef Lost River entrance.

@Wehoo I ask again which arch you tried to go through at the QEP. I just got to that point in the game, and the Thermal Plant's portal goes to QEP's basement, two rooms away from the giant moonpool.

In the original Subnautica if you place a trash can so it blocks a hatch and then get into the hatch from the outside, you will be pushed outside the hatch while still technically being inside, meaning that you will be walking on the seafloor.

The phrase "used to craft Sea Truck upgrades" creates ambiguity. Does it only craft upgrade modules? No it doesn't. Instead, it's muchh more useful to mention the module has a small place for storage

Heck yeah! All my games keep getting Switch 2 upgrades, and I fortunately am going to get a Switch 2 very soon! Subnautica Below Zero is definitely one of the ones I’m most excited to try out on it. The Switch 2 upgrades got enhanced lighting effects similar to all the other consoles, 1080p resolution handheld and 1440p docked, 60 fps both handheld and docked, and they’re even giving it Joy-Con 2 mouse features!

I tube, preferably glass.
Release a Cuddlefish near said tube.
Enter the tube.
You can play with the Cuddlefish and clip it inside the base.
If Riley gets on top of the Cuddlefish, Riley should clip out of the base and still be counted as a base.

I promise to change my vote if krapton releases some news before the end of the month, but we haven't had any news for months. They've already said it's ready for release. This won't even be the full game, but only beta. Chill with the lawsuits, release the game. I want to believe.

Shadows HURT! I don’t get scared of leviathans or die to them much, but I am very cautious when taking my Prawn Suit down to the fab cavs because I have to pass all four Shadow Leviathans to get there. Just three of them could kill my Prawn, so it’s a bit annoying to try to find a place to hide and repair.

snow knotBOT

@Ok-0077 For one thing, they won’t get at you much if you don’t bring a vehicle. This means you can just go grab the attack reduction thing for a Snowfox easily on foot and then drive that instead. Another thing, the Prawn Suit is crazy fast on land and Ice Worms don’t stand a chance. Also, on the Nintendo a switch, a few of the Ice Worm’s more common attacks don’t seem to hurt the player consistently. Overall, these make the Ice Worm a pretty weak threat. The Ice Worm is near the bottom of my list, as I have traveled extensively in the Arctic Spires and learned how to avoid their attention.

If you only need sulfur, put your Prawn in your cyclops. Take the cyclops to the first cave section of the lost river that you find. Since it's the deep grand entrance, you can get plenty of sulfur, nickel, and titanium in the acid lakes there at that first section. You don't need to get close to a ghost in the lost river, and you can park your cyclops there in the lost river too to avoid the ghost in the grand reef and also use it as a storage to dump your Prawn resources into.

Out of the selections on this list the Reaper is scariest.
Below Average Leviathans are so small that they really aren't that scary (and the biomes look so cramped that I really can't even find where they live to be scary).
Ice Worm isn't even terrifying, just annoying because you can't drive a vehicle without it popping up.
Reaper Leviathans with their mandibles, almost human like face, and the areas they can be found in make them the most terrifying to me (I have set up a main base next to John at the back of the Aurora, he's actually pretty friendly). Reapers are on the small side though, which makes them a bit less scary.
Ghost Leviathans, by the time the player meets them (if not from the Crater Edge of course), are nothing more than an annoyance. They chip at your vehicle, can be seen from quite far away thanks to their blue and yellow glow, and don't even have a way of dealing much damage (the Reapers can latch onto a vehicle and bring it's health down by a lot, Sea Dragons can shoot fireballs or even eat the Cyclops). The most terrifying place you could encounter one is Nemo by the Blood Kelp or the Crater Edge. The Crater Edge may be terrifying to some because it's empty, but that's literally all there is to it. It's empty. There's nothing scary down there.
Chelicerates, even with aggression turned up to 10.0, don't do shit. They're not terrifying in design either, the Reaper is a much better design and does a much better job at being a Leviathan.
Collecter is just a giant squid. It lacks a lot of the features from real squids as well. I cannot see it as terrifying with what we have been shown of it. Unless the put in the Crash Zone 2.0 I don't think I'd be that scared of it.
Shadow Leviathans are small, only slightly longer than the Reaper. While the Reapers size isn't too small to be scary or even Leviathan scale, Shadow Leviathans are supposed to be like the Sea Dragons, they're way too small to feel like a late game threat in the same way Louie, Huey, a…

#

Steve is such an asshole
Never can make it to my base near John without him trying to kill me
He'll probably die from the torpedos eventually though

#

@SansHorrorfell To add to your discussion about Reapers, there are also two more important factors to their intimidation. Reapers are loud even from far away, but they have more than enough speed to reach you before they start yapping again. This means that you may think the reaper is very distant, when it is actually right behind you (True story). They also are found in places where you are not required to interact with them much to complete the game, meaning you are not forced into learning their mannerisms and how to evade them. There's a glitch on the Nintendo Switch version where the Reaper shoves vehicles under the ground, so I have tried to avoid interacting with them. This glitch might have been fixed by now.

@SansHorrorfell Actually, you can find a decent amount of titanium drillables in the crash zone. I haven’t gone around the crash zone very much myself, but my brother has lived there twice. It might have actually been at the dunes that he was attacked while drilling near his base though. He’s been in the dunes a lot too.

#

@SansHorrorfell Actually, it is nearly always safe. The cyclops will not attract attention from any creature at all if its engine is off (this does not necessarily make creatures forget about you if they are already angry, but currently unaware creatures will not notice the cyclops), and you will respawn in your cyclops when you die, provided that the cyclops was the most recent player-built “base” you have entered.

Rn im in the facility with my boy prawn but I can't find that dang blue tablet

#

Taking the Prawn down there is certainly easier (especially for getting back out thanks to phasegates), but nothing is programmed to aggro onto a cyclops when the engine is off. It is perfectly safe to leave your cyclops somewhere with the engine off as long as nothing has already noticed you before turning off the engine. Everyone does it all the time. I don't know why you keep saying it's not safe, @SansHorrorfell.

#

@SansHorrorfell I know, but I only caught a little glimpse of the incident and it was also night by the looks of it. I don't always watch my brother play because his screen is tiny and it's a Switch Lite, meaning he can't put it on the TV.

#

The wiki says it is found "sitting on a pedestal before the Sea Emperor’s chamber". This might mean that you have to use the first one and then the second is found after that, but I'm not sure. I always build a second one instead, so I'm not entirely certain where the blue tablet in the primary containment facility is, if it even exists at all.

#

Well I activated all the portals inside and alr used a blue tablet from the thermal plant

#

The page only shows a photo of it dropped and in the Thermal Plant
So there's probably only one

#

@SansHorrorfell I have parked my cyclops right in front of the primary containment facility numerous times and my older brother has done it even more, and nothing has ever happened. My guess is that something might have heard the cyclops engine just before it was turned off, or they were still distantly pursuing after noticing a while ago. The trick is to keep a close eye on the radar and make sure the leviathans don't enter the detection range. This requires moving slowly and stopping entirely if a leviathan gets too close. It also helps to learn the sea dragons' movement patterns first.

#

@SansHorrorfell Lol, it actually works on the Switch. I was thinking it might just be some sort of glitch, but my younger brother found out that turning off the engine will cause any ghosts to forget about you. It looks like this isn't just a glitch on the Switch version, since the wiki says "Disabling the engine will stop the Cyclops from emitting noise completely, and thus will prevent hostile fauna that can or did hear the cyclops from attacking. It should be noted, however, that Crabsquids will still EMP if the headlights are on regardless of engine state, and Lava Larva will still target the Cyclops regardless of Silent Running or the engine state".

#

@Ok-0077 There are four phasegate rooms accessed from the edges of that really big room with the ion cubes and item cases. Taking these phasegates will probably put you a lot closer to your home, so you can zip over there to use your fabricator and then get back to the primary containment facility very quickly. I won't spoil anything, but you're gonna have to use this to get to your base and craft another thing again before you're done with the primary containment facility.

Second shortest episode yet, just barely beating dreamers by 2 seconds!
Anyways, here is some stuff we can confirm..

There is a ship called The Cicada, which did end up getting lost, basically being the aurora of SN2

The main character from the past 3 episodes is also lost, iirc he said he was going on the cicada

IIRC it wasnt DIRECTLY confirmed the planet in sn2 was Zezura, so the cicaida might not be heading to the desert world anymore, besides, an ocean on Zezura wouldn't fit considering its a desert, unless it means all land area is desert. If you have more info on that, please correct me

First time ever doing it. I would’ve done hardcore long ago, but it crashes a bunch on the Switch. It’s normally not that bad since I save the game very often, but hardcore only has a “save & exit” option, no normal save button. I don’t wanna quit the game every time I need to save. Because of this, I decided to try it again on the Xbox since my older brother has the Xbox version, meaning I can access it on my account too. Last time I tried BZ on the Xbox, it was slightly laggy and it annoyed me. Now, it looks like they made the fish and resources not load very far away from the player, meaning the game runs more smoothly at the cost of stuff frequently popping into view out of thin air (or water, more accurately). I don’t mind it much, so I have made very good progress on my hardcore run. Over 6 hours in, just got a base started next to the bridge in the arctic spires and I also built both the cold suit and the Snowfox. I have memorized the locations of all the alien artifacts, so I got the ion battery and power cell blueprints pretty quick. Gonna try to build a bunch of those as soon as I get the stashes of ion cubes in the arctic spires drilled to bits.

I would recommend playing Below Average before the first as it makes it less of a letdown, but good luck trying to enjoy Below Average

snow knotBOT
#

@SansHorrorfell Why? Below Zero builds off of what the first one did, so it would just seem a bit confusing. The first one is A LOT more straightforward about progression, so it would be easier to start off on. Also, BZ is a little bit harder too. BZ just feels like it expects players to already know how the game works.

snow knotBOT
#

Below Zero's writting is a lot weaker than the first game but I would not recommend playing it first. Either skip BZ or just play it 2nd.

PRAWN Suit makes a diesel engine noise when it's an electric vehicle?
Speed nerfs in the game are terrible
Snowfox is useless compared to a PRAWN
AI is not as good compared to the first
The story is uninteresting and changes nothing/adds nothing to the world
The Leviathans are way too small, the largest water Leviathan is barely larger than the Reaper, the largest land Leviathan is larger than Juvenile Ghosts but smaller than Adult Ghosts
Protagonist is way too talkative
Game hand holds you everywhere it doesn't need to, when it needs to it doesn't
The map is small compared to the first

Not a terrible game on its own but since it's a Subnautica game, and a sequel to the first it just falls flat with how much it lacks compared to the first.

snow knotBOT
#

@SansHorrorfell Lol, the Prawn diesel engine. That one never made sense to me. I really like the design for the map and graphics on BZ. I also think some of the gameplay changes are a breath of fresh air. My biggest complaints are:
1. They didn't give proper icons to new cooked and cured fish. Also, a bunch of posters and other items are missing proper inventory icons.
2. They removed some cool items from the original Subnautica. No medical kit fabricator, no repulsion cannon, no stasis rifle. Adding some of these things back into the game could make it more fun later in the game.
3. Almost every awesome decorative plant is non-growable.

Basically, I just think removing some of those things makes customization and late gameplay less interesting than it could've been. Aside from all that, I can say with certainty that BZ is more fun for me than Subnautica is, but only by a little bit.

In my honest oppinion, most of the content that would have been really good for the game getting cut is why BZ isnt really the greatest
A proper sea dragon-analog, along with a actual open biome was literally what the game needed, thats why we needed the ice dragon and the deep arctic!

I personally like the Seatruck more than the Cyclops because of its maneuverability, size, and its upgrade modules. The Cyclops is awesome for certain, but the Seatruck is just easier to take everywhere. I’d say both vehicles assume different roles. The Cyclops is the massive mobile base that you take on huge harvesting runs, and you can rely on it completely to keep you alive and sustained as long as you bring the necessary supplies and interior structures. The Seatruck is a smaller and more rapidly customizable vehicle intended to go anywhere and everywhere with a variety of different goals in mind. Their uses are similar, but not entirely the same all the time.
