your not meant to rase the poly count when reto your meant to lower it

#

im no genius when it comes to retopologising but you should do something relatively similar to that, make the topology on the high poly more consistent (because i can see some areas with very low poly count and others with high poly count), make more details and make them more consistent, then bake the normal to the low poly

i know 2 ways, you can dupe each part of the body and resize it a tiny bit, then invert the normals so they face inward then set it to a black material

oh dang, i was trying to render my image and the model was all black, then i realised i turned freestyle on and set the line thickness to 177 XD

someone wanted me to make them a ROBLOX gp5 gasmask based off a gp5 i made a small while back, if the bump map seems off its because i quickly used a grayscale version of the diffuse since i don't need to make one because ROBLOX doesn't use em

yea but thing is, how it works is im building tho whole dark souls map, undead asylum (the bit i built in the image) is one of the only parts of the build that is separated from the rest, the rest of the project will need groper ground since undead asylum is the only one built on top of a mountain
