the point of pride month is to celebrate what happened at stonewall inn, in which police were about to try and arrest people who were transgender. it's just a month for lgbt people, like me, to be happy about themselves- especially since being lgbt isn't widely accepted by a lot of people.
you don't NEED to participate in it but don't dismiss it because it is important to some people. it's not rlly cool to do that, man. I celebrate it. it doesn't hurt you or affect you in the SLIGHTEST so let people do what they want if it makes them happy and doesn't negatively affect anyone. just my 2 cents.
