Bug title:
Inconstant glow effects and lighting inside base when lights are off

Details:
Depending if you built, eggs hatched, fruits spawned or other things were "defaulted" while lights were on/off, it will dictate if an object will glow or not when lights turn off.
That may change if you travel too far away or load the game.
Two paintings always default to being almost black as if lights were off.
Fish, fruits, reactors, decorations, and more should always glow when the lights are off.
If there is glass dome, day/night light should take effect depending on depth.
Light conditions and glow in the dark inside base are very inconstant and can easily be noticed with tests.
(Extra: If possible, after fixing, please make a "light switch" object to control light without unpowering room, so that we can turn off lights keeping the jukebox playing. ā¤ļø )
Reproduction Steps:
- Make Large room, with room unpowered build/feed Bioreactor, light room, build/feed second Bioreactor, unpower room.
- Build plant vase (lights on), place lantern fruit, sleep until grown, unpower room, whole plant glow.
- Place painting/poster with lights on/off, switch lights, see result (personal opinion, should always glow. Looks awesome)
- Small Fish in Aquarium never glow, no matter condition.
Steps unknown: Sometimes, fish inside Alien Containment fully glow, but I wasn't able to reproduce, happens mostly after hatched.
Sometimes, pepper/lantern trees glow only the fruit, sometimes glow whole, including leaves/trunk, sometimes, are fully dark. Condition unknown.
