#Desyncs when selecting something from quickmenu

I had 2 desyncs today while selecting something from quickmenu.

First desync was while switching spike wall with a jumppad.
Second desync was while trying to teleport to a teammate.

Desync looks like: Frozen game, then I don't see any of the UI and can't do anything, then loading screen (that hangs up).

I need to close the game, reopen it and connect. Then it loads for ~15 seconds and I could play again.
