Perma Deafened

Lately, I've been getting perma deafened from out of nowhere pretty frequently. Can't talk, can't hear. Also shows me that all my teamates are deafened (although they are not), in addition to myself. Pings work, but text chat does not.

Never occurs mid-match, I think it only occurs when I open the game and first load in to main lobby. Once it happens once, it sticks around and keeps me deafened until I uninstall and reinstall the game. With how frequently it's been happening lately, it almost seems that on the first startup since reinstalling it's fine, and on second startup the issue occurs, though I can't confirm that.

Seems to not be on game startup, but just anytime in main menu or on match start. It's really annoying
