Joul can steal another Jouls lightning or if she moves it with Q. The Orb is converted on arival so when it hits the ground again. This has a 100% accuracy and is easy to reproduce. An orb can converted back again by the same method. This cant be an intended game mechanic. Moving another Jouls orb can be a mechanic to denie her dash but stealing it goes to far.

that is something else though. Joul passive is also only applyed once per target so any Joul contributes to it and any Joul can prock it. This is about stealing the reset orb from her Rmb wich is probably not intended.

well if you can still enemy Joule passive proc, why shouldn't it work with orb🤷♂️
