Went to spend 5000 Prisma on random capsules TWICE and nothing happened, it just took my prismas. Had to restart and when i went to try for one capsule - it did work but now im out 10k prisma. How do i get it back?

Same here. Also duplicate item granting prisma (that is a shitty af idea btw) does regularly not provide the prisma ammount displayed.

Yes there are a few of the same sort of report over the last few days. A few people down 2,500 odd, none as high as so you so far I think.
Can you detail what you did before to help them identify issue?
