I have no idea how to reproduce the bug. But it happens very frequently in the game so just play a few games then would understand probably.

Once you meet the bug, chat window doesn't appear for a while even if you keep trying to open chat by pressing enter. You're still able to read chat from others. Sometimes you can open chat after a few minutes.

The bug only happens when you're in middle of the game so far. Haven't experienced the bug in lobby.

Open map with M and close it with esc, it'll fix it.

I have also encountered this, alt tab out and back works to resolve but it’s a very strange bug

its been there since the first month of supervive
