Hello, I'm new to the game but I had 2500 Prisma and bought 5 chest as the video of the chests opening started the match Qued and when it was over, I did not receive the 5 Capsules, and I didn't get the Prisma back ellunahi . It happened live on my stream the video will be up for the next 5 days.

Mine is a bit different I believe it happened for me due to a Game Que'ing just as it was about to open the chests. hopefully they can figure this one out.

Same bug, spent 2500 on chests, got nothing, then 500 more to see if it happened again. which it did. Logged out assuming it would fix between sessions, it did not. Got an academy reward capsule and it disappeared too. :C
